Programs Coming to Town

MONROE, Ga. -- Make
plans to attend Walton Electric Membership Corporation's annual
Holiday Program featuring Kim McKinney of Daffodil's Design Studio.
McKinney
is well known for her classy and unique decorating styles. She entertains
with her creative energy and fabulous ideas on seasonal decorating.
For
more than 15 years, McKinney has coordinated decorations for weddings,
corporate events and stages. She will share ideas on how to utilize
home items to create quick and easy centerpieces.
Highlights
of this year's program include McKinney's secrets on creating a
candy cane topiary and shopping the Holiday Market, featuring items
attendees can purchase to spice up their own holiday decorations.
Civic
clubs are also welcome to attend. The club with the most members
present will receive $100 toward the club's charitable programs.
The
program begins at 7 p.m.on Tuesday, November 23 at the Brookwood
High School Auditorium in Snellville.
