Introducing Warren Few, Walton EMC District Two Director

Warren Few has served as one of your directors since 1999. He represents the Rutledge, Bostwick and Apalachee areas.

Few is a retired dairy farmer from Apalachee. He and his wife, the former Joyce Brooks of Loganville, have one son, three daughters and four grandchildren. Both Few and his wife graduated from the University of Georgia where Few studied dairy nutrition. He remained in the dairy business until 1998 when he sold his commercial herd.

Aside from Walton EMC, he serves on the board for Madison Suntrust Bank and the
Tax Assessment Board in Morgan County. He is also a trustee for Madison First United
Methodist Church. He and his wife travel once a year to Europe and tour different
farms each visit.

“I believe in the co-op way of doing business,” says Few. He also said that he enjoys his association with the other Walton EMC board members and employees. “We’re like a family.”
