Barbeque Ribs
(an
alternative to the outdoor grill)
3-4
pounds beef or pork ribs
1
lemon, sliced
1
onion, sliced
1
teapoon salt
1
teaspoon chili powder
1
cup ketchup
1/3
cup Worcestershire sauce
2
cups water
Dash
hot sauce
1
Tablespoon horseradish
Place
ribs, meaty side up, in baking pan. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bring
remaining ingredients to a boil and simmer while ribs are in 450
degree oven for 30 minutes.
Reduce
heat to 350 degrees. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake for approximately
1 hour, until ribs are tender.
