Strawberry Cake

eggs, well beaten
3/4
cup vegetable oil
1/2
cup chopped pecans (optional)

10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, defrosted

small package strawberry jello mix
1
1/2 cups flour
1
cup sugar
1/2
teaspoon cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon baking soda
Combine
eggs, oil, nuts (if desired), and strawberries. In a separate bowl,
sift together remaining dry ingredients, then add to strawberry
mixture. Mix well.
Pour
into microwave dish lined with wax paper (bundt pan recommended). Microwave
on medium power for 7 minutes, then cook on high 3 minutes or until
toothpick comes out clean.
