Current Cooking

Garlic Cheese Biscuits

2 3/4 cups Bisquick

1/4 teaspoon red pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese

Heat over to 425 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and then add milk. Drop spoonfulls of mixture onto baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

Broil tops after brushing with butter and garlic salt. Optional:  add a small amount of green onion to the mixture.

Handy Tip

Take the front off your window air conditioner and vacuum away any dust you see on the coils and grill. While you're at it clean or replace the filter. The unit will cool better, last longer and use less electricity.
