Current Cooking

Tater-Topped Casserole

2 pounds lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

11 ounces milk

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

1 bag frozen Tater Tots

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook beef and onion and drain off fat. Spread meat mixture in 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Mix soup and milk and pour over meat mixture to cover. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and top with Tater Tots. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and Tater Tots are lightly browned.

Handy Tip

Reflector type bulbs put out almost twice the light as regular bulbs of the same wattage.
