Pecan Pie
Muffins
1 cup chopped
pecans
1 cup firmly
packed brown sugar
1/2 cup
all-purpose flour
2 large
eggs
1/2 cup
margarine, melted
Combine
pecans, brown sugar and flour. In separate bowl, beat eggs. Stir in butter.
Pour egg/butter mixture over dry mixture and combine. Spoon into muffin pan.
Bake 20
to 25 minutes in greased muffin pan at 350 degrees. Makes 8 muffins.
