Chicken
on the Ritz

to 5 chicken breasts, skinned, boiled and deboned
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1
small container sour cream
1
tube Ritz crackers
1
stick margarine
Salt
and pepper to taste
Cut
cooked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and
place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup and
sour cream in blender until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken.
In
a separate bowl, crumble the Ritz crackers and
pour melted margarine over them. Stir to coat evenly. Put Ritz
cracker mixture evenly on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees
for 35 to 45 minutes.
