Current Cooking

No Crust Coconut Pie

4 eggs

1 3/4 cups sugar

2 cups whole milk

3/4 stick butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups coconut

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and pour evenly into two greased 9-inch pie dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
