Current Cooking

Vidalia Onion Dip

2 cups Vidalia onions, chopped

2 cups Swiss cheese, grated

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 egg

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
