Celebrate
the Season

Mark
Allen Ballard
"The
Artist"
Walton
Electric Membership Corporation’s popular holiday programs are scheduled
next month and feature the return of a well-liked author/decorator/chef.
Mark
Allen Ballard will take the stage for three performances, combining
innovative holiday decorating and entertaining ideas with his renowned
sense of humor. Ballard will also share tips and recipes that move holiday
celebrations from commonplace to unforgettable.
Those
attending will get a peek at Ballard’s newest television project, a
30 minute holiday special airing on Georgia Public Television this November
and December.
Ballard’s
presentation is scheduled for three venues across Walton EMC’s service
territory:
•Monroe–Carver
Middle School, Tuesday, November 6
•Watkinsville–Oconee
County Civic Center, Monday, November 12
•Snellville–Brookwood
High School, Monday, November 19
All
programs begin at 7 p.m. and registration is at the door. There is no charge
and all attendees receive a gift from Walton EMC.
Organizations
are encouraged to attend as a group. The organization with the most members
present will receive $100 to be used toward their charitable programs.
