Current Cooking

Blonde Brownies

1 box yellow cake mix

3 eggs

1 stick margarine, melted

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 box confectioners sugar

1 8-ounce package cream cheese

Mix cake mix (dry), 1 egg, margarine and pecans. Press into 9 X 13-inch cake pan. Mix 2 eggs, confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
