Broccoli
Cheese Casserole

medium onion, chopped
1/2
stick butter
1
can cream of celery soup
1/2
can milk (measure with soup can)
1–8
ounce jar Cheez Wiz (original or Con Queso)
1
cup cooked rice
1–10
ounce box frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
Salt,
pepper, thyme, garlic to taste
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees. Sautee onion in butter. Add soup, milk and Cheez Wiz.
Stir and warm ingredients on low. Add cooked rice and broccoli. Stir together
and pour in 2 quart round casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes until bubbly.
