Q: Who owns the system?
A: You, from day one.

Q: Am I tied to a long-term monitoring contract?
A: No, it's month-to-month.

Q: Is the monitoring station UL approved?
A: Yes, for both burglary and fire.

Q: Does the monthly monitoring fee increase when fire, silent alarm or medical response features are added to the system?
A: No. It's still only $16.95 a month.

Q: Do you have convenient billing?
A: Yes. If you're a Walton EMC consumer it's included on your Walton EMC bill.

Q: Will you sell my monitoring contract to another company?
A: No, there's no contract to sell.
