Business Session (main arena, 10 AM)
Take part in running your co-op and hear reports covering activities and progress over the past year.

Entertainment (main arena, 8 AM, 9:05 AM)

Prizes (main arena, 9:45 AM, 11 AM)
Many prizes will be given throughout the morning, including:

  • Attendance prizes
  • Meeting notice label prize
  • Operation Round Up prize
  • Special kids' prizes
  • Grand prize - recycled Ford pick up truck

Exhibit Tent (large tent beside main arena, all morning)
Check out exhibits designed to trim dollars off your electric bill and teach about energy and the environment. Learn more about WEMC programs and services as well as other items of interest. Visit these exhibitors:

  • Face painting

 

Health Check (smaller tent beside main arena, all morning)
St. Mary's Health System and Davenport Family Chiropractic are conducting free blood glucose, blood pressure and chiropractic screenings as well as providing information on diabetes, strokes, cardiovascular disease, back and spine health and senior health issues.

The Monroe Lions Clubs is providing vision screening and collecting used cell phones, eyeglasses and hearing aids. Cell phones are recycled and provide funds for eye surgeries for those with a financial need.

Lineman's Rodeo Team (front of Ag Center, all morning)
Watch our award-winning lineman's rodeo team demonstrate the skills used every day in keeping your power flowing.

High Voltage Power Line Demonstration (front of Ag Center, all morning)
Learn about power line safety with a real power line demonstration. What you learn could save a life.

Free Ice Cream (window at left front of Ag Center, all morning)
Enjoy free ice cream sandwiches courtesy of Walton EMC.

Free Cokes (tent at left front of Ag Center, all morning)
Don't get thirsty; have a free Coke to cool off. Boy Scout Troop 705 will also have a variety of food and snacks for sale. Proceeds benefit their many worthwhile projects.
