Autopay is self-service and is accessed through our payment portal. You choose the payment date and method – e-check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express – and change them at any time.


Our mobile app is designed to give you fast, secure account access so you can easily manage your account details, view your bill and account balance, make payments and find payment locations, schedule alerts and reminders, receive push notifications, view and report outages and stay connected with us via Facebook.

To ensure credit when paying by mail, please write your account number on the check and include the bottom part of the bill.


Call Walton EMC at 770.267.8409 anytime, day or night, and pay by credit card. You will need your electric bill account number, all of your credit card information (16-digit number, expiration, CVV2 number, etc.), and know the amount you wish to pay. If you wish to pay by e-check, call 770.267.2505 during normal business hours.

In Person

Walk in one of our offices and pay by cash, check, money order or credit card.

Using a Credit Card: Walton EMC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for phone, walk-in or E-Bill payments. The minimum amount for credit/debit card transactions is $5.
