Powering the future

At Walton EMC, we believe that investing in our youth today means building stronger communities tomorrow. This year alone, we’ve invested thousands of dollars in programs benefiting young people across our 10-county service area. From scholarships and leadership experiences to grants that enhance classroom learning, our commitment reflects the seventh cooperative principle: concern for community.

“Investing in youth programs is one way we strengthen our communities,” says Jennifer Broun, Walton EMC’s community and youth coordinator. “Connecting students with opportunities can power them toward a better future.”
